I am an older adult who has no children, but was raised in a large family and have many nieces and nephews and friends who now have children and grandchildren. I read this book and attempted to visualize the story through the minds and eyes of young children. The story was colorful and so full of joy. I laughed at the descriptions and personalities of the animal characters and the child was delightful. The story was uplifting, which is appreciated at this time in our history, and I was eager to see how it would come to a close. I definitely would recommend.
