My boyfriend had bought me this as a birthday gift. He knows I love puzzles!! I saw that there were a few bad reviews but I do not agree at all. I completed it on a puzzle board and the board has a few air bubbles on it, but it didn’t effect the puzzle placement very much so I would say it’s pretty sturdy. You have to take pictures of the puzzle at an angle just like any other puzzle so it doesn’t make a difference in the quality of the picture. Such a nice puzzle and I really enjoyed the material. I love how it came in a plastic box too. This has been the best puzzle I have ever completed and I’m planning on keeping this forever and solving it with my future children. I want to get more puzzles like this. If you’re a big puzzle geek like me, buy it. It’s better than regular puzzles from the store cause it’s custom made and it has so much meaning and love with it. I dont think I’ll ever go back to store puzzles tbh.Exactly what I ordered. Perfect. Ordered about 10 different ones.My friend and I share a love of tea and China tea cups. I took a picture of her tea cup collection and made it into a puzzle. She was delighted and I was thrilled to give her such a unique and personal gift!I got these puzzles made for my reception. They are very sturdy and the pictures were great! They came it sturdy boxes as well that are nice for organizing.There are a lot of companies that will fulfill customized jigsaw puzzles and I researched a lot of them. I was ordering during the Holidays and wanted the gift to arrive the week after Christmas (the best I could get from ANY of these companies I researched!) They exceeded my expectations on the date, which was a plus!It was meant to be a family gift, and even though it was a 1000 piece puzzle, it was broken up in sections so that each member of the family could do a smaller section (nice touch for my needs!) Quality is about expected; pieces fit well. Ordering it was flawless. I'd use them again. One comment: the enclosed picture has a big barcode through the middle, making it unsuitable for using as a guide. I couldn't find any guide enclosed with the package.Loved the personal touch of the picture puzzle. Would order again in the future.I bought several of these and love them! They are made of thin wood instead of cardboard so they have a better quality than any puzzle sold in stores and the price is same as puzzles sold in stores so it is worth it to get to pick your own picture! If you love a challenge, the 500 piece puzzle is very difficult puzzle since a lot of the pieces are a close fit and even with the letters on the back, they are cut at almost exactly the same spot in the letters as the other pieces which, to me, is genius! Made it very hard, I loved it! The 1000 piece puzzle was not a difficult since there was more variation is the piece shapes and were not cut at the same spots on the letters as the 500 piece puzzle was. You do need to buy you own box though. I found some really nice boxes at JoAnn fabrics so that is what I used.Customer service was great. I was disappointed in the picture that came in one of the puzzles and they told me it was because of the number of pixels the picture had when I sent it in. They responded quickly and let me resend in the picture, at a higher pixel count, and remade it for me. I am very pleased with this company. Thanks for the great product and customer service.
